I wanted to write to you directly to tell you about a number of actions that ERIKS UK & Ireland have introduced to support your business and protect the health and well-being of our employees, and you our customers in the face of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
You will have heard the ERIKS motto of “Let’s make industry work better," and it is now, in these unprecedented times, working in partnership with our colleagues, customers and suppliers, that we can, and will, HELP to make industry work better!
OUR PEOPLE, YOUR PRODUCTION
We have restructured our business to safeguard our people, and to continue to provide the same 24/7 service that you have been accustomed to, during this situation and from all our locations nationwide.
Although some of our team are working remotely, we remain available via Skype, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Facetime, telephone and email.
As always, we are here to help support your production, so please don't hesitate to pick up the phone or drop us an email and we will endeavor to help, while ensuring we continue to adhere to the guidelines set out by the authorities.
OUR STOCKS, YOUR CONTINUED SUPPLY
We are also working closely with our supply partners and advisory agencies to ensure that we are collectively doing everything in our power to provide our usual levels of service including:
Understanding areas of risk in the supply chain and increasing our current stockholding on critical items
Identifying alternative sources, brands and products should we have a shortage in a specific product line
Sourcing stocks within the ERIKS group worldwide inventory

As you would expect, we have put in place a major incident management team and implemented appropriate plans to be able to respond promptly as the situation develops. We would like to reassure you that we are working hard every day to meet its changing nature head-on, and the impact it may have on you and your business, as well as our own. Regular updates with be placed on our website.

We expect the coming weeks to be testing times, but our aim is to do everything in our power to minimise any disruption to you. We will keep you updated via email and our website as the situation progresses.
